Honey Sriracha
Sweet first. Then it bites back.
Whole beef topside, sliced by hand and rubbed down with granulated honey, garlic, cracked pepper, paprika and a proper hit of sriracha. Then we do the hard part: nothing. It dries long and slow until every strip is dense, dark and packed with flavour.
No shortcuts, no tumblers, no machines doing the thinking. Just good South Australian beef and the patience to do it right.

Same whole topside, same long slow dry, but this one skips the honey and leans all the way into chilli. It starts quiet, builds while you chew, and sits with you for a while afterwards.

Questions people ask
Where is Krama's Jerked Beef made?
In small batches in Uleybury, South Australia, on the edge of the Barossa just north of Adelaide. There's no shopfront: we post Australia-wide every Wednesday and sell in person around the northern suburbs and the Barossa.
How long does postage take?
Orders placed by Tuesday 12pm (Adelaide time) ship that Wednesday by Australia Post Parcel Post. Later orders go on the following Wednesday. From there it's up to Australia Post: usually a few business days, a bit longer to regional and remote areas. Postage is included in every price.
How long does the jerky keep?
Every bag is sealed with an oxygen absorber. Keep it somewhere cool and dry, go by the use-by date on the pack, and once it's open, keep it in the fridge.
Is it gluten free?
No. Both flavours carry a may contain gluten and may contain traces of soy warning, so we don't recommend them if you're coeliac. The full ingredients are in each flavour's ingredients & nutrition panel.
Which flavour is hotter?
Magic Chilli, easily. Honey Sriracha is 1 out of 5 on our heat scale: sweet first, then a gentle warmth. Magic Chilli is 4 out of 5: no honey to hide behind, and a slow burn that builds. Can't pick? Choose half & half at checkout.

How does the monthly subscription work?

Four bags (the $49 Basic Bundle). Online orders come as bundles of 4, 10 or 20 bags, and the more you take, the less each bag costs.
