Magic Chilli
No sweetness to hide behind.
Same whole topside, same long slow dry, but this one skips the honey and leans all the way into chilli: chilli powder, cayenne, habanero, smoked paprika and chilli flakes. It starts quiet, builds while you chew, and sits with you for a while afterwards.
Not a novelty burn. Just properly hot jerky for people who order the hot one on purpose and mean it. Goes very well with a cold one.
Every strip is cut by hand with the grain and dried until it bends and cracks. Dense, chewy, and 58g of protein per 100g.
